Hot tinning of strips and wires

Hot-tinned strips are widely used in sectors: automotive, electronics, electrical engineering, radio and TV.
The hot tinning process takes place by immersion of the tape / wire in a 99.9% pure tin bath & nbsp; melted at 300 °, it can be performed on belts of:

  • Iron
  • Copper
  • Bronze
  • Brass
  • Nickel silver

The finished product complies with the technical rules of current legislation RoHS Directive.

Treatment specifications

The coating we supply has a variable range from 0.75 to 3 µm. The proofs of determining the coverage of tin are performed by SEPAI S.r.l. by the use of FISCHERSCOPE X-ray equipment X-RAY. Upon request, a “Report of Test "2.2 according to UNI EN ISO 10204: 2005".
